Innovative Multi-Step Purification Process
Graphite Matrix utilizes advanced multi-step purification technology to precisely remove elemental impurities through a series of highly controlled purification cycles.
The purification cycle consists of three stages:
1) Chemical Vapor Infiltration: Utilizing halogen gases such as chlorine and fluorine, this stage reacts with and removes metallic impurities.
2) High-Temperature Thermal Sublimation: Heating the graphite above 3,000°C removes impurities as they vaporize, while the graphite structure stays intact.
3) Physical Adsorption: Employing high-performance absorbents like activated carbon, this final stage captures remaining trace impurities, ensuring exceptional material purity.
This process is applied in multiple iterative cycles, with each repetition further reducing impurities, ultimately achieving graphite impurity levels of 5ppm or 1ppm, meeting the highest standards for the semiconductor industry.
Top-Performing High-Purity Graphite Components
We provide high-quality graphite powder for silicon carbide synthesis, as well as a wide range of high-purity graphite components for the semiconductor industry. In China, we serve over 85% of customers in the silicon carbide crystal growth market, with approximately 30% of the market share. And we have long been the primary supplier for top-tier companies such as TankeBlue, BYD, and Sanan, among others.
Through the integration of multi-step purification process and high-precision quality control over impurity levels, Graphite Matrix offers a customized and reliable solution for industries that depend on high-purity graphite. As one of the first manufacturers to maintain stable impurity control within 5 ppm, we have continued to push the boundaries of innovation. Most notably, in 2024, we made groundbreaking progress by further reducing impurity levels to 1 ppm or lower.
